By accessing or placing an order on charmvera.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Us CharmVera is an online jewelry store operated from India, selling premium anti-tarnish jewelry including necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and charms. Website: charmvera.in | Email: support@charmvera.in

2. Products & Services All jewelry sold on CharmVera is crafted with anti-tarnish coating and is waterproof and hypoallergenic. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur due to photography lighting. CharmVera reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. User Responsibilities By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and complete
  • You will not misuse the website or attempt to place fraudulent orders

4. Payment Terms We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed before order dispatch (for prepaid orders). COD orders require payment at delivery. CharmVera reserves the right to cancel orders where payment verification fails.

5. Pricing All prices listed are final and inclusive of GST. Prices may change without prior notice. Promotional prices apply only during the stated offer period.

6. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp. CharmVera reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.

7. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped via Shiprocket/Delhivery courier network. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days across India. Tracking information will be shared after dispatch. CharmVera is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. Free shipping on orders above ₹599.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Please refer to our Refund Policy and Return Policy for complete details. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting support@charmvera.in.

9. Intellectual Property Ownership All content on charmvera.in — including the CharmVera name, logo, product images, descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of CharmVera. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Usage Restrictions You may not:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose
  • Copy, reproduce, or resell any content from charmvera.in
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Submit fake reviews or fraudulent orders

11. Limitation of Liability CharmVera's total liability for any claim arising from use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution In case of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication at support@charmvera.in. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Changes to Terms CharmVera reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
