Terms & Conditions — CharmVera

By placing an order on charmvera.in, you agree to the 
following terms and conditions.

1. General
CharmVera is an online jewelry store operated from India. 
We sell anti-tarnish, waterproof jewelry including necklaces, 
rings, earrings, bracelets, and charms.

2. Orders & Payments
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on 
Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed only after successful 
payment or COD verification. We reserve the right to cancel 
any order in case of stock unavailability.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are 
inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without 
prior notice.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped via Shiprocket/Delhivery courier partners. 
Delivery within 5–7 business days across India. Tracking 
details will be shared via email and WhatsApp after dispatch. 
Free shipping on orders above ₹599.

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or 
defective items. Items must be unused and in original 
packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Liability
CharmVera is not responsible for delays caused by courier 
partners, incorrect address provided by the customer, or 
events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on charmvera.in including logos, images, and 
product descriptions is the property of CharmVera and may 
not be reproduced without permission.
