At CharmVera, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Refund Eligibility You are eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size)
  • The item is returned unused within 7 days of delivery

Non-refundable items:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Refund Timeframes

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved refunds are processed and credited within 5–7 business days
  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI/card/net banking)
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — bank details required

Return & Replace Request Process To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email support@charmvera.in or WhatsApp +91 92748 04175 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to ship the item
  5. Replacement will be dispatched or refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • To cancel, email support@charmvera.in with your order number
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
  • Prepaid cancellations: Full refund within 5–7 business days
  • COD cancellations: No charge, order simply closed

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged:

  • Take photos immediately upon opening
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@charmvera.in
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for size or design issues within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate an exchange. Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5–7 Business days.
