At CharmVera, we want you to love what you ordered.

Return Period
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original packaging
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, send a photo to 
support@charmvera.in within 24 hours of delivery. We will 
arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or design issues within 7 days.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email to initiate an exchange.

Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer.
Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.
