By placing an order on charmvera.in, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payments
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are confirmed after payment verification.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via courier partners (Shiprocket/Delhivery). Delivery within 5–7 business days across India. Tracking will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. COD orders: refund via bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

Liability
CharmVera is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address provided by the customer.
